Product Introduction

Principle of Operation

Filtration process: The dusty air is inhaled by the air compressor, from the coarse filter box of the filter filter, through the ** filter cylinder, due to gravity inertia, diffusion, contact retention and other comprehensive effects, the dust is adsorbed on the ** filter cylinder, clean air through the seal washer into the Wen's tube, to the clean air chamber to converge to the air collection port, and then from the clean air outlet pipe is inhaled by the air compressor.

Self-cleaning process: After the dusty air is filtered, the dust is absorbed on the ** filter Jane, and the reverse blowing self-cleaning process is carried out by PLC according to the set time sequence. When the resistance value exceeds 600 pa, the reverse blowing self-cleaning process is controlled by PLC according to the differential pressure sequence (the reverse blowing time is 0.1-0.2 seconds). Other filters work as usual, and the dust is blown back to clean itself down.
