Self-cleaning air filter ATZK-625 is a filter with automatic dust cleaning function for air filtration. It can filter out the fine pollutants discharged from the production process.

Features

1. The self-cleaning air filter can be equipped with a dust collecting box, a dust filter at the bottom, and a water washing and dust removal method to solve the secondary pollution according to the user's requirements.

2. The self-cleaning air filter is controlled by an intelligent distributor. There are three self-cleaning methods, namely (1) timing; (2) differential pressure; (3) manual.

3. The self-cleaning air filter can realize the automatic cleaning of the air filter element, so that the equipment can operate as usual without affecting the normal operation of other filter elements.

4. The degree of automation is high, and the main components are imported, which can realize unmanned operation.

5. The air consumption of back blowing is small, generally 0.1~0.3m3/min (inhalation state); the pressure is 0.4~0.6Mpa.

6. Reasonable design, no-bend design, high-rise building block combination type, easy and fast installation.
