Product Overview

Pall PFC series oil filter carts are mobile high-efficiency oil purification units integrating filtration, pumping and monitoring. Equipped with Pall-specific high-precision filter elements, they rapidly remove solid particles and trace contaminants from oils. Featuring flexible mobility and easy operation, they are ideal for on-site oil filtration, new oil filling and off-line system purification.

Product Performance

High filtration precision: optional 2.5/5/7/12/22μm with β≥1000, effectively controlling oil contamination.

Wide flow range: rated flow 25–400L/min, multiple models for different system capacities and high purification efficiency.

Large dirt-holding capacity: glass fiber/composite media, strong clogging resistance and extended element life.

Complete safety protection: built-in bypass valve, differential pressure alarm and phase loss protection to prevent misoperation and system flow interruption.

Technical Conditions

Working pressure: rated 1.0MPa, max 1.6MPa, meeting industrial oil transfer and filtration pressure requirements.

Power supply: AC380V/50Hz, motor power 0.75–15kW for different flow rates.

Material & temperature: carbon steel frame with anti-corrosion coating, operating temperature 0–80℃, compatible with mineral oils and fire-resistant fluids.

Structural configuration: caster-mounted mobile frame, suction strainer, vent/drain ports and audible-visual differential pressure alarm.

Scope of Application

Widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical, power, construction machinery and wind energy. Suitable for oil purification in hydraulic stations, lubrication systems, gearboxes, steam turbines and pump stations, filtering hydraulic oils, lubricants, gear oils, water-glycol and phosphate ester fire-resistant fluids.
