Product introduction

The LYC-150B hand-pushed precision oil filter includes a special gear pump driven by a motor, with low noise, strong self-priming ability, smooth running and so on.

Working principle

LYC-B high precision oil filter is filtered from the filter oil inlet hole suction, through the filter to remove larger impurities, and then into the gear pump. The motor drives the gear pump to rotate through the coupling, so that the oil hydraulic pressure enters the filter bed, and the impurities in the oil are filtered through the filter paper. 

Because of the capillary action of the oil filter paper, it can absorb the residual water in the oil. The function of the valve is to control the pressure of the piping system, when the oil pressure is no longer rising, to ensure the best operation of the equipment. The oil return valve inhales the remaining oil in the oil pan into the filter with the help of the vacuum effect of the gear pump inlet. Drain nozzle for extraction of oil sample.
