Product Overview

The LYC High-Precision Oil Filter (Duplex, 3‑stage) belongs to the LYC‑B series of mobile oil purification equipment. It features a duplex parallel + 3‑stage filtration design, integrating a gear pump, duplex fine filters, differential pressure monitoring, and safety protections. It is used for new oil filling, bypass circulation, and offline polishing in hydraulic/lubrication systems, quickly purifying oil to NAS 5–6 cleanliness level for medium‑low viscosity industrial fluids。

Product Performance

3‑stage filtration: Pre‑pump strainer (100μm) + duplex primary filter (10/20/40μm) + duplex secondary filter (3/5/10μm), with high dirt‑holding capacity and precision。

Duplex parallel operation: Dual cartridges working simultaneously, flow range 32–150L/min; allows online single‑cartridge maintenance without shutdown。

High‑efficiency purification: Glass‑fiber composite elements (β≥1000) for combined particle and water removal, ensuring stable oil cleanliness。

Safety & reliability: Relief valve (0.6MPa), motor overload protection, differential pressure gauge/transmitter, and quick‑open covers (tool‑free element replacement)。
