The pressure resistance of HYDAC glass fiber filter elements and sintered stainless steel filter elements is classified into standard and high-pressure versions, with a distinction made between working pressure and allowable differential pressure to suit different hydraulic pipeline applications.
The standard graded glass fiber BN series is mainly used for return lines and low-pressure pipelines. Its maximum allowable differential pressure is 25 bar (2.5 MPa). Supported by standard inner and outer protective meshes, these elements are only suitable for stable low-pressure conditions and cannot withstand high-pressure impact.
The high-pressure glass fiber BH and D series are specially designed for pressure lines, with a standard maximum working pressure of 210 bar (21 MPa). Certain reinforced models can withstand a temporary pressure of up to 320 bar. Optimized filter media and bonding structures enable them to resist common pressure pulsations, making them compatible with mainstream medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Sintered stainless steel filter elements also come in standard and high-pressure types. The standard version features a maximum working pressure of 210 bar, equal to that of high-pressure glass fiber elements. Thanks to the inherent properties of metal and the integral sintered structure, it delivers superior resistance to deformation and impact. The reinforced sintered stainless steel filter elements can reach a maximum pressure of 315 bar (31.5 MPa), which is the top choice for ultra-high-pressure hydraulic circuits.
