The differential pressure + timing linked mode adopts a differential pressure priority and timing backup dual-protection operation logic. The two triggering conditions complement each other and activate cleaning automatically.
Differential Pressure Priority Trigger
During normal operation, the system monitors the inlet and outlet differential pressure in real time. Once the filter screen is clogged with impurities and the pressure difference reaches the preset threshold, self-cleaning and sewage discharge will start immediately. It realizes on-demand instant cleaning and responds first when water quality is poor and clogging occurs quickly.
Timing Backup Trigger
If the water quality remains stable with few impurities for a long time, the differential pressure will never reach the cleaning setpoint. Long-term lack of cleaning will cause microbial growth and scaling adhesion on the screen. In this case, the system will forcibly start a round of automatic cleaning according to the preset time cycle as regular maintenance backup.
Operation Logic Rule
Cleaning will be activated once either condition is satisfied first. After cleaning is completed, the timer and differential pressure monitoring will reset automatically and enter the next standby cycle. The two logics do not interfere with each other during the whole process and run fully automatically without manual intervention.
Core Advantages
It avoids screen scaling caused by long-term non-cleaning in pure differential pressure mode, and also prevents waste of water and power from blind frequent flushing in pure timing mode. It is the most commonly used mode on site, suitable for working conditions with fluctuating water quality and no allowable long-term screen blockage.
