Product Overview

Hydac Filter DF 30 is a coalescing separation filter specially designed for fuel purification. As the core equipment of the fuel purification system, it adopts an integrated coalescing-separation structure, which can effectively break the emulsified state of fuel, accurately separate free water, emulsified water and fine solid impurities in fuel, significantly improve fuel purity, avoid wear and damage to fuel transmission and combustion equipment caused by moisture and impurities, and ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the entire fuel system.

Product Performance

(1) Strong coalescing and demulsifying ability, which can quickly separate emulsified water and free water in fuel with high dehydration efficiency, effectively avoiding equipment failures caused by water in fuel;

(2) High filtration precision, which can accurately intercept tiny particles and various impurities in fuel, with stable purification effect, ensuring that fuel quality meets standards;

(3) Large dirt holding capacity, excellent anti-clogging performance and long service life, which can reduce the replacement frequency of filter elements and equipment and lower operation and maintenance costs;

(4) Low oil flow resistance, no impact on fuel transmission efficiency, suitable for various fuel purification working conditions, with strong operation stability.

Technical Conditions

(1) Adopting special coalescing filter material, which has excellent oil-philic and water-repellent properties, fast demulsification speed and significant oil-water separation effect;
