The DF-H60x10C is a compact superimposed high-pressure filter installed directly under solenoid valves. It effectively removes mechanical particles and oil-degradation byproducts, ensuring smooth valve operation, reducing stuck risks, and extending system service life.
The DF-H60x10C superimposed high-pressure filter is designed for direct installation beneath
electromagnetic (solenoid) directional valves. Its primary function is to remove mechanical
contaminants suspended in hydraulic oil, as well as colloids and asphaltenes formed through
oil degradation. By doing so, it prevents these impurities from entering the solenoid valve,
thereby avoiding sluggish response, unstable actuation, or complete spool sticking.

Operating Principle
· Filtration mode:
In normal operation, contaminated oil flows from the outside to the inside of the filter element.
The filter laminations are held tightly together by spring force and hydraulic pressure.
Impurity particles are trapped at the intersections between the laminations, while clean oil exits through the filter outlet.
· Backflushing (cleaning) mode:
When a preset differential pressure or time interval is reached, the system automatically initiates
backflushing. The control system redirects the flow direction, and the backflush pressure compresses
the spring, slightly separating the laminations. Simultaneously, tangential jets rotate the laminations,
effectively flushing out and discharging the accumulated contaminants.
FAQ
Q1: What is the recommended replacement interval for the filter element?
A: Replacement depends on operating conditions and contamination levels.
We recommend monitoring the differential pressure indicator and replacing the element when
the pressure drop exceeds 0.1 MPa or as indicated by the system's maintenance schedule.
Q2: Can this filter be used with water-based fluids or only mineral oils?
A: The DF-H60x10C is primarily designed for mineral-based hydraulic oils. For water-glycol or other
fire-resistant fluids, please consult our technical team to verify material compatibility.
Q3: Does the backflushing function require an external power source?
A: The backflushing sequence is hydraulically actuated and controlled by the system's control logic.
It does not require a separate power supply, but the control valve does need an electrical signal if solenoid-operated.
Q4: What happens if the filter is not backflushed in time?
A: If backflushing is delayed, the differential pressure will continue to rise. This may cause
the bypass valve (if equipped) to open, allowing unfiltered oil to pass through and potentially
damage downstream components. We recommend adhering to the system's alarm and backflush triggers.
Q5: Is the DF-H60x10C compatible with other brands' valve mounting interfaces?
A: The filter uses standard superimposed mounting dimensions (ISO 4401 / CETOP 03/05 compatible).
Please verify the specific interface and porting pattern with our sales team for your exact valve model.
