Product introduction

The outer surface of non-woven PE filter bag is treated by high temperature surface heat treatment, namely the application of instantaneous sintering technology/calendering treatment, which can effectively prevent the fiber from being lost by the high-speed impact of liquid during filtration. It not only ensures the phenomenon of filtrate pollution caused by fiber separation, but also avoids the excessive blockage of filter hole caused by traditional roller pressing treatment and shorten the life of filter bag, while the pressure difference is small and does not affect the flow rate.
