The bag filter system operates with a metal mesh basket supporting the filter bag internally. 

Liquid enters through the inlet port, passes through the filter bag where solid particulates are retained, 

and exits as clean filtrate from the outlet. The filter bag can be conveniently replaced when saturated, 

enabling continuous, uninterrupted production with minimal downtime.

Working Principle

The bag filter is a pressure-type filtration device consisting of key components: a filter housing, 

housing cover, quick-opening mechanism, and a stainless steel reinforcing mesh basket. 

The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the casing.

 The filter bag is securely positioned within the reinforced mesh basket. 

As liquid permeates through the filter bag of the required micron rating, impurities and solid particles are effectively 

trapped inside the bag, while clean filtrate is discharged through the outlet. Bag replacement is quick and straightforward, 

with virtually no medium loss during the changeover process.
